At Hammond Roto-Finish we don't just build washers and dryers, we manufacture a cleanliness process tailored to your parts. Our resources and experience allow us to adapt every aspect of a Roto-Clean Washer/Dryer to meet your specific needs and requirements.

Nozzle Arrangements

Our washers rely on high-pressure spray to wash, rinse, blow-off, and dry the manufacturing parts. The combination of chemistry and water impingement to impingement is optimized to clean the parts while the combination of temperature and air pressure is used to dry the parts. We tailor our wash, rinse, and drying sections to meet your cleanliness requirements.

Cleaning Compounds Hammond Roto-Finish offers a wide variety of environmentally-safe, biodegradable compounds which meet most ferrous and non-ferrous cleaning requirements. Additionally, our Compound Group can develop a cleaning compound to meet your specific process and environmental requirements.

Cleaning and Maintenance Roto-Clean Systems have been thoughtfully designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Large removable doors on both sides of the machine give you plenty of access to the process chamber. The wash and rinse reservoir tanks come standard with hinged access lids and large marine clean-out doors.

Systems

The engineering team at Hammond Roto-Finish will design a completely integrated system to help you achieve the production rate, finish, cleanliness, and quality you require.

This system has a 3-step process with the Roto-Clean Washer feeding a standard Spiratron® vibratory machine followed by a Spiratron® Combo with vibratory polishing and drying channels.
This is a multiple stage industrial parts washer with wash, two rinses, a deionized water rinse, blow-off, and dryer.

With an 18" wide continuous belt, this machine provides wash, blow-off, rinse, blow-off, and dryer sections.

Flexible Machine Design

We can tailor a Roto-Clean System to meet both our cleanliness requirements and process capacity. By using a sectional design approach, we can integrate standard wash, rinse, blow-off, and drying sections. This allows us to build for you a customized machine at a standard price.
